The Orbit is a founder-led advisory container. Twelve women who get deeply known, deeply supported, and deeply challenged across six months of intentional work. Melissa Bauknight leads every session personally — bringing the lived experience of rebuilding Nova from the inside out, restructuring her entire team, and finally stepping into her zone of genius as the model for what's possible.
You will become each other's board of directors.
You will workshop your real edges, make the decisions you've been avoiding, raise the standard for how you operate, and leave with a business that finally works the way you always knew it could. This is the room Melissa wished she had when she was doing this work alone.

Portal One — Blueprint
Month 1
Understand how you're wired to lead — before you change a single thing.
You start by getting your Human Design read: your Type, Authority, and Profile. Everything that follows in the container gets filtered through how you're actually built to decide and lead — not how you've been conditioned to operate. You'll leave this portal able to name your own Authority and point to one real decision you've been making against your own design.
Portal Two — Strategic
Months 2–3
Find the bottleneck. Break it.
This is the most concrete, hands-on stretch of the container. You'll do a full audit of what's actually running your business right now — your tech stack, your systems, your project management — and get honest about whether marketing, sales, and AI are held up by real structure or by you holding it together manually. At least one real change happens inside the portal itself.
Portal Three — Energetic
Months 3–4 · includes the retreat
Make the changes stick — in your body, not just on paper.
This is where the 2-day in-person retreat lives. The strategic changes you just made only hold if your nervous system can hold them. Through breathwork and nervous-system regulation, you learn to recognize your own dysregulation pattern under pressure — and the specific practice you reach for instead.
Portal Four — Relational
Months 5–6
Build the support that actually holds your whole life.
The container closes by mapping your real support ecosystem — not just professional peers, but your partner, family, friendships, strategic relationships, even local and community support — and finding where it's thin. Then you take one concrete action to activate a relationship or structure that's been missing or underused.

A former top-ranked corporate sales leader turned founder, business mentor, and embodied leadership guide, Melissa has coached over 1,000 women in sales, mindset, and life alignment.
She is the creator of the Integrated and Resourced framework — a model for how high-capacity women lead and scale without fragmenting themselves — and she built it by living it. After years of being the bottleneck of her own business, leading from a dysregulated nervous system, and doing every job that wasn't hers, Melissa made a decision. She restructured her entire team, rebuilt her tech and operations from the ground up, raised the standard for everything and everyone inside Nova, and finally started paying herself. The business that exists today is the result of that decision.
